Farwah is a program strategist and storyteller working at the intersection of justice, identity, and change. Shve has designed and led climate and social justice, and interfaith initiatives across multiple countries, with partners such as COP28 and the Muslim World League.

 

A justice advocate at her core, Farwah co-convened the world’s first global interfaith climate fellowship with Duke University. She developed a decolonial, feminist framework for women’s climate leadership, which was adopted by Harvard University as the program’s host institution.

 

Farwah continues to connect the Global South to international women-led initiatives as a member of several prominent movements such as Women, Faith, and Climate Network, Lead Integrity, and Project Dandelion.

 

She guides Naqsh’s work with imagination and intentionality. For her, justice is not only an outcome, but a way of being

Saadia is a communications strategist and event curator. With a career spanning USAID, MEDA, Gallup, and the United Nations, she specialises in crafting narratives and relationships that inspire cooperation and action.

 

In recent years, she has delivered global convenings focused on climate justice, bringing together policymakers, activists, and faith leaders around the world, fostering international partnerships and building coalitions across borders.

 

Saadia drives meaningful relationships and service as a co-founder of Mehka, a small grassroots initiative focused on food and community support. A quiet reflection of her and her partner’s shared commitment to serving others with dignity and care.

Zareen Zahid Qureshi

Zareen is a development practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in poverty alleviation, Public Private Partnerships, gender equality, TVETA and youth empowerment. Her experience spans community-led development and funding, researching and designing programs rooted in dignity and local agency.

 

A development sector veteran, she served as CEO of ZVMG Rangoonwala Trust and Executive Director of Charter for Compassion Pakistan, where she forged relationships that brought major donors to Pakistan for the first time, including the British Asian Trust and USAID.

 

Zareen’s work extends right to the grassroots. In 2022, she led disaster response and humanitarian relief efforts in the aftermath of floods in Balochistan. She has held leadership positions at Children of Adam and the Poverty Eradication Initiative, and consults for the Asian Development Bank, the Malala Fund, and Aga Khan University.
